So most of the people I work with are in their 30s or 40s, men and women, with a busy job and probably a family. They've optimised the rest of their life, the work, the money, the sleep, but fitness keeps slipping through the gap and they're a bit fed up of it not sticking.

Before working with Ollie I was training pretty consistently and had a decent base, but I'd hit a bit of a plateau. I'd worked with another coach before and didn't really trust the direction or reasoning behind things, so it started to feel like I was just ticking boxes.

At a certain point I realised I wasn't actually learning anything I could take forward on my own. I needed better direction and someone who could explain what was going on and how to structure things myself. I worked with Ollie over 6 months to get my head around how he sets things up, then run with it on my own.

Since then, the main difference is I have a much deeper understanding of what I'm doing. I've definitely made progress, but more importantly I know why things are set up the way they are, which gives everything more purpose and focus.

I'd recommend him to anyone, but especially if you're starting out. Would've saved a lot of time if I'd just done that from the beginning. If you're on the fence, it's worth it just for the understanding you get out of it.

08 — About Ollie

Been in the corporate job. Made it work anyway.

Seven years in corporate IT recruitment in Manchester and London. Long hours, big nights, eating out four times a week. And somehow, through all of it, I kept the physique and the training, basically because I'd built a system that fit around how I actually lived.

Before that, sport and exercise science at Birmingham, a season in the mountains, then years of travelling, still lean and still training. The method wasn't designed on a spreadsheet, it was pressure-tested on my own life for over a decade.

Now I hand it to the people who've been roughly where I was, busy, capable everywhere except the gym, men and women alike. My job is to get them to the other side and then out the door living it without me, and that's really what OWC is.

  • Honestly, anyone who's busy, capable, and a bit fed up that fitness is the one thing they haven't quite cracked. Mostly people in their 30s and 40s, men and women, who've tried a few things before, gym phases, diets, maybe a coach, and just haven't made it stick long term. If that sounds like you, you're in the right place.

  • All the coaching here is 1:1 with a real human, not an app spitting out a plan. The team is me (Ollie), Jalen and Joseph, and every check-in, every adjustment, every conversation goes through one of us. So no AI coaching, no automated replies, that sort of thing.

  • Three months is the minimum, basically because anything less isn't really honest. You can't properly run the full method in 8 weeks. Most clients end up staying 6 to 12 months so we can work through the Lean & Strong, then Metabolic Rebuild, then Lean Gains sequence properly.

  • It's a standard commercial coaching agreement, nothing weird. The minimum block is 3 months because the method genuinely needs that time to run, and everything is documented clearly before you commit anything. You get the full contract via DocuSign before any payment so you can read every clause.

  • No, and honestly you don't need to. The programming is built to be efficient, so typically 3 to 5 sessions a week depending on your schedule and what we're going for. We build it around the life you actually have, not the one you'd need to clear for fitness.

  • Trainerize. So your programme, the exercise demos, check-ins, nutrition targets and messaging all sit in one place. Clean delivery, nothing cobbled together.

  • Ollie Wildman Coaching LLC is a registered business in the UAE. Contracts go through DocuSign, payments through Stripe under standard merchant terms. We've worked with 500+ clients, men and women, across the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.   • Usually because you got a plan, not a system, and nobody actually taught you the why behind any of it. We run all six pillars, including the education and the identity side, so you finish coaching able to run this yourself. The goal is independence, not you needing me forever.

  • Yes, and honestly I expect you to. A method that only works when life is perfect isn't really a method. We build protocols for weekends, travel and social weeks so you can live normally and still make progress.
